CRITICISM OF HAWKERSCO.COM

Many online reviews of HawkersCo.com are positive, including some from repeat customers who have had several successful orders. As with any website, however, there are some complaints, most of them centering around deliveries that were delayed or product quality that was not as anticipated.

There are numerous reviews of HawkersCo.com that cite slow delivery. While most of them indicate that transit time from Spain to the United States was the issue, there are a few incidents of product not being shipped promptly.

A few reviewers posted complaints of orders that were not shipped at all, although there were no follow-up posts to indicate if these complaints had been resolved.

Some customers indicate that the product quality was not what they had expected and that the returns process is difficult. There were several instances of reviewers who thought that the products were ‘cheap’ and poorly made, even given the affordable price.

One poster indicated that the quality of similar products made in China was better and that these products were available at a lower price.

The website itself can be challenging to navigate. The home page shows each style, and clicking on the style leads you to the page that shows the color combinations for that style. The home page has a great deal of white space between the different styles, so you have to scroll quite a bit to move from one style to the next.
